Wenglor manufactures compact stainless steel sensors that measure pressure, temperature and flow in process lines. The common design language is the same: integrated display, programmable switching points, M12 connection and 1.4404 / 1.4435 stainless steel on surfaces in contact with the media. This allows pressure, temperature and flow rate monitoring of a line to be set up with a single brand, using the same installation and commissioning logic.
As the main seller and integrator of Wenglor’s fluid sensors, Mikron selects the model according to your application and commissions the sensors, calibrates them and provides their service. Pharmaceutical and food filling lines, CIP/SIP cleaning cycles, cooling water circuits, pump dry-running protection and filter fouling monitoring (inlet–outlet pressure difference) are the applications we most frequently install.

What measurement ranges do Wenglor sensors cover?
UniBar pressure sensors measure -1...600 bar (depending on the model) in liquids and gases, while UniTemp temperature sensors measure in the 0...140 °C range with ±1 °C accuracy. weFlux² and UniFlow series calorimetric flow sensors monitor flow rate and temperature with a single sensor. Can Wenglor sensors be used in hygienic (CIP) lines?
Yes. Surfaces in contact with the media are 1.4404 / 1.4435 stainless steel; a CIP-compatible housing option is available for UniBar, and the UniTemp and weFlux² series are used for temperature and flow verification in CIP/SIP cleaning cycles.
What connection and communication options are available?
Standard M12 electrical connection and G 1/2" process connection; switching output and analog output (0...10 V / 4...20 mA) options. The weFlux² series has an IO-Link 1.1 interface.
