Hamilton Process Analytics sensors are made with Swiss engineering and measure pH, ORP, dissolved oxygen (DO), conductivity, cell density and turbidity in industrial processes. The range includes Arc smart sensor technology (digital signal, built-in calibration memory, plug-and-play installation), designs compatible with CIP/SIP and autoclave sterilization (steam sterilization up to 140°C, 6 bar pressure resistance) and Retractex retractable housings that allow sensor replacement under pressure without stopping production.
Hamilton sensors are used in biopharma, pharmaceutical and biotechnology production, and in the food and beverage, chemical, water treatment, energy and semiconductor industries: pH, DO and cell density measurement in bioreactor, fermentation, WFI and CIP/SIP lines; continuous process control with hygienic sensors in pasteurization and fermentation lines; ChemoTrode pH/ORP measurement in aggressive acid and base media; and Polilyte Plus sensors for disinfection, neutralization and discharge control in water and wastewater treatment.

What is Hamilton Arc sensor technology and what advantage does it offer?
Hamilton Arc is a technology that provides digital signal transmission through a smart chip embedded in the sensor. Unlike conventional analog sensors, Arc sensors store their calibration data internally, offer plug-and-play installation, eliminate cable-induced signal distortion and automate sensor life tracking. An Arc connector option is available on all Hamilton pH, DO and conductivity sensors.

How are Hamilton sensor calibration and spare parts provided?
